You are not employed by, or are a member of a professional organization such as ASCAP or MPAA or any other such group or association. You are not employed by the federal government, affiliated agency or any type of subcontractor or independent agent. You are not a postal inspector. By e-mailing me, you understand that these trades or donations are collector to collector and any incidental costs that may be involved are not for product, but for labor. All charges placed on the reproduction of any and all video footage are attached to the time, materials, and machine wear and tear that it takes to send a copy to the recipient. The individual charges per length of show are only because the wear and tear occurring to the VCR differs due to the shorter/longer show being requested. All money received through transactions is distributed back into the site, either for more space, video footage, or anything else that may aid the creating of Phantasie Media. If you enter this site and do not agree with these terms you are violating code 341.322.12 of the INTERNET PRIVACY ACT OF 1995 which means you cannot threaten our ISP or any other company hosting these pages, you CANNOT prosecute any person affiliate with this site including FAMILY, and FRIENDS, or ANYONE ENTERING this site. The programs on this site are being made available on a collector-to-collector basis. No money is ever exchanged for the purchase of said programs. The only fees, if any, that are collected are duplication fees to cover the time spent and materials used for duplication. These are fees for the service provided, not for the program itself. No premium has ever been or wil ever be placed on any of the discs available on this site based on the perceived "rarity" of a program. The duplication fee is a flat fee based solely on the number of discs requested, not on the programs they contain.

The sole purpose of this site is to make available to other fans/collectors shows that are not presently available on video or DVD in any form, many of which may never be released in official form. It is a fan site dedicated to preserving the memory of the shows contained herein by providing the opportunity for fans of those shows to see them again and have them in their collections.

No copyright infringement is intended by making these recordings available, and this site should not be construed as a challenge to said copyrights.
