She-Ra: princess of Power!
Once long ago in a dimension near you.....
The evil Horde, led by the Forces of Hordak and Skeletor, invaded the Planet Eternia. With the combined strength of the Royal Forces + the Magic of Castle Grayskull, the Invasion was repelled. Knowing that defeat was coming, Hordak and Skeletor made a grab for the Royal Twins, Adam and Audora. Hordak took off with Audora just as the castle alarm was raised, leaving Skeletor to fend for himself. Adam was spared kidnapping.
Skeletor sold out Hordak’s location to the Royal Guard, but, alas alack, he was already taking off, to where/when no one had much of a clue, until WAYYY later.
One day, in Castle Grayskull, the Sorceress was sleeping in her bed, in robes and all. A sword, not unlike in design to the Sword of Power, picked itself off the ground and implied “Follow Me”. It flew ever so slowly to a strange metal door and suddenly dropped to the ground. The door contained a Portal. Sorceress summoned Adam (can you say “Depuuuuty”?) and he walked right through into a strange new world. And thus the Adventure/ Spinoff began........
Ever Notice how Adam + Cringer never ever pay for their Opening meal? Yes, there was technically a Bar Fight with the “cops”/ Troops shortly AFTER their meal, but where’s the payment for food/ services rendered for the Barkeep? I mean c’mon now. Yes, it would have had a “Strange Face” on either end, being Eternian Gold and all, BUT Gold is Gold is Gold.
